Dan Morrison

Technology executive, Navy veteran, and strategic operator. Twenty-three years building careers across military service, manufacturing, cybersecurity, IT, and AI. Known for the rare ability to move fluently between worlds, to translate complex systems into clear decisions and turn ambitious strategy into operational realities that can be sustained and scaled.

The leadership foundation was forged in the United States Navy. Operational discipline under pressure. Decisions made with real-world consequences. A mission-first mindset rooted in accountability and adaptability. That experience shaped the communication style Dan is known for today: direct, grounded, focused on actionable outcomes rather than theory alone.

As Founder and CEO of Morevolved, Dan leads a global evolution company built to help organizations adapt and thrive as technology reshapes industries, institutions, and society itself. The work is anchored by MOSAIC, the proprietary methodology he developed to guide sustainable modernization and long-term adaptation. Under his leadership, the firm has built advanced platforms including Mor-E, an AI-powered executive operating system, alongside the ecosystem connecting international leadership networks, policy bodies, enterprises, and emerging-technology communities.

Across his career, Dan has led hundreds of initiatives generating billions of dollars in collective operational value across government, private sector, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and high-growth startup environments. From the shop floor to the C-suite, he helps organizations harness artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, automation, and business intelligence as practical, scalable, and ethically grounded systems. The core belief: the most effective technology strategy is one your people can operate, trust, sustain, and build upon.
